Classic Niney production recorded in 1974. The Officials is presumed to be the first group of Albert Bailey & Clifton Howell, better known as Earth & Stone (Kool Roots). Early roots reggae at it's best, with an incredible catchy rhythm, loud horns and heavy dub.
